It's with a heavy heart that we must make this announcement to "pause" activities at Train Your Way for 4 weeks. We first want to thank everyone for doing such an amazing job these last few months. Our gym has had ZERO cases reported during this time, and that was made possible by all of you. We feel that gyms are essential to our community to keep everyone healthy both physically and mentally, and we've heard the same from a lot of you. This gym is also essential to our family and the families of the more than 40 trainers that run their training businesses out of Train Your Way Fitness. This is absolutely devastating to both our gym's and trainers' businesses that we've all worked so hard to build over the years, especially during the last year. We personally received zero financial aid from the state during the first shutdowns while still having to pay our rent, sales tax, and utilities. Many trainers will also not qualify for unemployment or aid. We're not saying this for sympathy or to have people feel bad, but we want to show our side and let people know the truth for many of us behind these shutdowns. A lot of businesses and people are not getting the funding they need while being required to close.
We will still be billing our members to help keep us from permanently closing, but we have options for you!
1. You can rent equipment for free if you maintain your membership. (Email for details).
2. You get a month free online personal training with Mitch or Michelle.
3. You can pause your membership until we reopen.
4. If you still want to cancel your membership, we can do that as well. Just email us at with details on how to cancel.
If you also want to support us, we have merchandise coming in for purchase (sweatshirts, hat, shirts), and we will let you know when they are available!

We have created a Train Your Way Fitness facebook support group that you will all have access to to keep you accountable. We will post workouts and possibly even host live classes if people want!

-Must put a bank account on file, not accepting credit cards due to declines and lost equipment last time we rented out equipment.

-Sunday 11/22: 9 A.M.-11 A.M.
-Monday 11/23: 6-7 P.M.
-Tuesday 11/24: 7-9 A.M.
