Personal Training

Like our gym memberships, we offer flexible, affordable personal training. Our personal training NEVER requires you to sign up for contracts or long term commitments, so you can stop training whenever you want. A gym membership is NOT required to train with a trainer, but you will only have access to the gym during your scheduled training time. A membership must be purchased to workout outside of training sessions. See available trainers below!

Mitch Neubauer

Founder and Owner of Train Your Way. Mitch has nearly 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has worked with all different types of people, ranging from young athletes, those looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or just simply feel better! Mitch enjoys keeping sessions unique and fun so you don't get bored and enjoy working out. He believes in sustainable nutrition and fitness, so you can stay healthy long term.

Michelle Neubauer

Michelle is currently a student at Northwestern Health Sciences University working towards her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree, and will graduate in April 2022. She has also been personal training for 5 years, so she brings both knowledge and experience to the table. Michelle believes in creating a sustainable lifestyle rather than quick fixes and fad diets. This model of training will not only help you reach your short-term goals but also set you up for success long term. Michelle has worked with clients of all ages, genders, and a variety of injuries.
