Personal Training

Like our gym memberships, we offer flexible, affordable personal training. Our personal training NEVER requires you to sign up for contracts or long term commitments, so you can stop training whenever you want. A gym membership is NOT required to train with a trainer, but you will only have access to the gym during your scheduled training time. A membership must be purchased to workout outside of training sessions. See available trainers below!

Mitch Neubauer

Founder and Owner of Train Your Way. Mitch has nearly 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has worked with all different types of people, ranging from young athletes, those looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or just simply feel better! Mitch enjoys keeping sessions unique and fun so you don't get bored and enjoy working out. He believes in sustainable nutrition and fitness, so you can stay healthy long term.

$70 for 60 mins

Small Group Training Pricing:

$20

Cash or venmo is accepted. Save $10 PER SESSION if paying in cash! Cash discount cannot be applied to small group training, only 1:1 training.

Dr. Michelle Neubauer D.C.

Dr. Michelle has been personal training for 6 years and is also a chiropractor. She has always had a passion for living a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoys helping others learn how to live healthier as well! She believes in finding a plan that is sustainable and works for your individual goals, body, and lifestyle. Dr. Michelle strives to show people that living healthier can be easy with the right tools. Sustainable health is all about taking labels off of food and throwing out an all or nothing approach.
